HP Slate: The Example For The Perfect Tablet?

Right now, the gadget blogs are all in discussion about Apple’s latest creation, the iPad (insert joke).

Most have called the iPad what it basically looks like: A Giant iPod Touch

I personally don’t think the iPad is good enough but it will probably sell because it has the Apple logo on it.

The HP Slate is a very interesting look for a Tablet. It reminds of the Dell Mini but a little larger. The iPad should have looked like this. It should have incorporated the full Mac OS support just like the HP Slate is doing with Windows 7.

With the ability to run Flash, the Slate has a huge advantage.

No word on when the device will be available. No specs nor price announced yet either.

This is actually an interesting form factor that I actually find interesting. If the iPad is successful, you can trust the HP Slate to follow in it’s footsteps.
